General Ledger Fix Patch

This Article is for:

• ABSS Accounting v28.7 SG
• ABSS Premier v23.7 SG

The issues

When generating huge volume of data for General Ledger Detail report and application automatic closed; or

Printing empty transaction of General Ledger Detail that cause application automatic closed; or

Saw duplicate account codes show in first page of General Ledger Detail report?

The above problems occurred when accounting system try to retrieve either zero transaction or huge volume of GL transaction data to generate the report, we have identified these issues and fixed in the below patch release. If you faced either one of the above errors, please download the patch from below download link, unzip and overwrite your existing application.

Steps to perform patch upgrade:

1. Backup the necessary data files and the customise document templates.
2. Download the product patch file related to your application from below link.
