Send Email issue on Payroll v12 SG

Scenario:

Sending email payslip via payroll version 12 and hits “API Encryptor not working” error message, see below:

Reason

The reason of this error message is system required user to have administrator privileges on program files and registry keys to run the application.

Solution

You may request you IT to grants you the local admin privileges in your PC to install and run the payroll application.
