New E-Invoice Report Fields In Customize Forms

Two new report fields as below have been introduced to the ABSS custom form templates for both Service and Item layout Invoices, as well as Credit Note templates:

• E-Invoice Button – An embedded hyperlink button containing the validated LHDN e-Invoice URL, providing direct access to the MyInvois portal.
• LHDN UUID – A unique identifier assigned by LHDN to each validated e-Invoice.

Important Notes:

• These fields will only populate with data once the e-Invoice has been successfully submitted and validated through the LHDN MyInvois portal. If validation has not occurred, the fields will remain blank.
• User may now incorporate these fields into their customized document templates.
• The LHDN UUID is a text-based field that can be generated, previewed, and printed using any standard PDF viewer.
• The E-Invoice Button contains an embedded URL. To ensure the link is properly generated, the PDF must be saved using the Save to “Disk… [LHDN]” option. This option is only available once the e-Invoice has been validated and marked with a "Valid" status by LHDN.

• The LHDN E-Invoice button is visible within the generated E-Invoice PDF. By clicking the button, you will be redirected to the validated invoice summary page, where you may log in to the LHDN MyInvois portal to access additional details.

   

• You can then attached the PDF file in your email to send to your customer.
