E-Invoice Error Code CF321

If you get the error message “Document issuance date time is in the future“ while submitting LHDN E-Invoice.

• Message: "Failed to send the document to E-Invoice service. Document issuance date time is in the future"

This error indicates that you are trying to send an e-invoice with an issuance date and time that is set to a future date, which is not allowed by the e-invoice service.

Root Cause:
This could be your server or computer times is different from standard time zone, could be few seconds faster.

Solution:

Go to your Windows computer Settings Time & language>Date & time>Additional settings and click Sync Now as below:

With the correct system date and time on your computer, you should be able to successfully transmit your e-Invoice transaction to LHDN.
