(A) Send Sales Invoice/Credit Note to IRAS
Step 1: Create Your Sales Invoice/Credit Note to IRAS
- Go to the invoice screen and create your sales invoice or credit note.
- Fill in the necessary details such as:
- Date
- Item description
- Any other relevant information
Step 2: Submit the Invoice
- After reviewing your invoice, click ‘Record’ button to save and confirm the transaction.
2. The system will automatically send the invoice data to IRAS if GST InvoiceNow is Activated in ABSS Connect Portal.
3. Upon successful submission, you can view the submission status from IRAS by clicking the button at top right of the window.
(B) Send Aggregated Invoice to IRAS for Non – Peppol Customer
Step 1: Aggregate Invoice
1. Create normal sales Invoices and ticked 'Aggregate' checkbox for non-Peppol customer.
2. Go to the Sales Register screen and click the ‘Aggregate Listings’ button.
3. You’ll be redirected to the ‘Sales – Aggregated Invoices’ page. Tick the checkboxes next to the invoices you want to send, then click ‘Aggregate & Send’ to submit them to IRAS.
4. A pop-up message will appear if the selected aggregated invoices have already been submitted.
5. To view the Submission ID and submission status to IRAS, click the ‘’ icon at the top right, and the below information screen will be displayed.
Note:
If the user wants to cancel or amend a transaction, they can make the necessary changes to the invoice that has already been sent, then click the ‘Resend’ button to submit it as a new transaction to both Peppol and IRAS.
After resending, please notify the recipient to refer to the latest version of the invoice and ignore the previous one.
