Interactive Dashboards are powerful tools designed to provide intuitive graphical interfaces for evaluating your sales and purchase data. Our latest feature allows you to seamlessly sync your accounting data to the cloud, enabling you to analyze total sales and purchases over customizable timeframes, such as the last 7 days, 6 months, or 12 months.
In addition to these capabilities, the dashboard offers insights into your business performance by showcasing the top five customers based on their purchasing activity and the top five suppliers contributing to your inventory. This functionality not only helps you identify key relationships but also supports strategic decision-making to enhance your business operations.
Steps to sync data from accounting application:
1. In ABSS application, go to Menu > Cloud Services > Data Sync
2. Data Sync window prompted, click on Data Sync button to upload sales and purchase data for the pass 12 months.
3. Login to ABSS Connect portal and apply view the dashboard, you can also apply the below filters:

Note: The Top 5 Entities Filter will be greyed out if Select All is chosen. |
Note: The last updated date indicates when was the last data being sync to cloud.
All transactions will be conducted in the user's home currency, as specified by the company. This ensures consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Please verify that your settings reflect the correct home currency before processing any transactions.
