How can the user with sunset version of application continue perform online confirmation after IVR activation option is no longer available?
Due to change of technology and server upgrade, the Activation & Confirmation for desktop product has move to online confirmation instead of via IVR (phone line confirmation). The IVR confirmation service will be terminated soon in the upcoming years.
It is recommended for existing IVR confirmation user to switch to online confirmation. For older versions ABSS software, user require update of confirmation setting, user may refer to the link of the detail steps as below.
