How to upgrade from Free Financio Payroll to Essential or Premier Plan (Malaysia)

To upgrade from the free Financio Payroll plan to either the Essential or Premier plan, please follow these steps:

Access Settings: Begin by navigating to the Settings section of your Financio Payroll account.

Select Subscription: Within the Settings menu, locate and click on the Subscription option.

In the Subscription screen, you have the option to upgrade your plan to a higher-tier package if your company has increased its workforce. The available plans are as follows:

Financio Payroll Essential: Ideal for businesses with 30 employees or fewer.

Financio Payroll Premier: Best suited for organizations with more than 30 employees.

Additionally, you can customize your billing preferences by selecting either a Monthly or Yearly subscription cycle. This flexibility allows you to choose the payment structure that aligns best with your financial strategy.

Once you have selected your desired plan, you will be redirected to Stripe portal to complete the payment process. 

Upon successful completion of your payment, your payroll plan will be upgraded to the selected package where you can immediately access the enhanced benefits associated with your new plan.
