How do I encourage my customers to take part in InvoiceNow initiative?

1. We have introduced two new invoice templates inside ABSS Premier and Accounting v30.2 which are embedded with QR code and url that linked to InvoiceNow information.
   • Service layout template:  C_INV_SER_ENCOURAGE_INVOICENOW
   • Item layout template:       C_INV_ITM_ENCOURAGE_INVOICENOW

Notes:

Due to some of the Pdf reader in the market might not able to interpreted the provided URL (eg. Adobe Acrobat Reader), and cause the “Page not found” message prompted when clicking the “Find Out More”. In this scenario, you may just drag and drop your Pdf file direct into your browser, the browser will be able to open the link page.

2. You may email to notify your customer to register and use IMDA InvoiceNow service via the QR code link provided at the footer of the invoice pdf.
